An incurable disease hits the Monarch Metropolis. Alma who lives in the Monarch Metropolis with her sister, Malissa, was diagnosed by the deadly disease. As she was about to give up living, she went to research for the best doctor in her laptop. There she discovered a town known for its medical advance called the Blue Jay town. With the last string of hope, she took off and travel to the faraway town. Her adventure and unwavering will to reach Blue Jay town was not resulted in vain. She met Kayden, a well-known physician in the Blue Jay town. As soon as Dr Kayden took Alma in, he diminishes all the hopes left in Alma as he spoke that there is no possible cure for her. Alma was devastated as the only decision she was given was to choose to be euthanized to end all the potential sufferings, or to wait for a medical miracle to happen within the 3 months lifespan she have left.
