Project Background

Despite of many pros and cons debate discussing about the allowance of many cases being euthanized, does this action comprehend any humane right? Does being an incurable patient physically or mentally, or being a criminal, gives the right for others to bear the responsibility to end the life of another? Who are we to deemed that someone is willing to live or die? When we start to suggest that some lives are unworthy of living, people are given more choice to go down the path of ending their lives. In many fantasy stories, I was intrigued by the concept of someone that regrets choosing death. On contrary, most mentally sick, weak, and disabled protagonist characters have a stronger will to pursue on living. What if, a character was instead to decide to end their life? As a reader, would we be judging the character’s resolution as having a weak mental and is a fatale sin? This issue however has occurred in real life countlessly. And this project is aiming to eradicate these judgmental views upon the concept of living and dying.
